Know the difference between PreK and T

Both programs are early learning programs designed to help provide students with a strong foundation for an elementary school in regard to social, emotional, and academic learning and competencies.  

Differences between the two vary depending on the factors shown below. San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) has programs serving students from 2 years and 9 months to age 5. However, there are preschool programs that serve infants and toddlers expanding the service range to students from birth to age 5. Be sure to keep an eye out for enrolment, which is usually on-going, until all slots are filled. And there are certain eligibility requirements such as income eligibility requirements.
