SFUSD Enrollment Reminders
Turn in your SFUSD enrollment materials before the January 17, 2020 deadline!
This is the last week to submit your SFUSD enrollment application.
The EPC is open Monday through Friday, 8am until 4:30pm.
You can also turn in your enrollment application at Leola Havard EES, at 1520 Oakdale Avenue, from 8:30am until 2:30pm.
Enrollment forms can also be dropped off on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, 4pm–7pm at Daniel Webster Elementary School, 465 Missouri Street.
What to bring
You must apply in person with a paper application form. Take a photo ID, your child’s birth certificate, and two proofs of your address. Applications are available from SFUSD or you can print an application, fill it out, and bring that with you.
